Please find attached a summary of the Sunday School discussions for 2019 quarter 4 and 2020 quarter 1. There are some questions at the end for our further reflection. 

Though our worship center is closed for now, we can continue to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ wherever we are and wherever two or three come together in His Name. 

Psalm 91

Dear All,

Last week, our Sunday School study topic was Complete the task. One of the lessons from the study was that we need to give our all in the specific field God has assigned us.

This week, we continue our study on the Acts of the Apostles to consider the topic: Overcoming the storm.

Our key learning from this study should include that:

1. Everyone will face one or more major storms in life. Therefore, it is not a question of If but rather a question of How we deal with them when they arise. Being at the center of God’s will does not mean one will be free from the storms of life
2. Whether the storm is due to our own or others’ presumptuous or self-willed actions, God can save, and we can confidently look to Him
3. As for saving, God will save us from any and every storm. But HE alone decides how He wants to save us.

Dear All,

In our study last week on The Holy Spirit at work, we concluded, among other things that the presence of the Holy Spirit is a non-negotiable for every true disciple.  

This week, we track Apostle Paul as he hurried to Jerusalem under the topic: Complete the task

Our key learning from this study should include that:

1. We must be ready to give our all if we must complete our God-given ministry with joy
2. If we give our all in the specific field God has assigned us, we can boldly declare like Paul, that we are innocent of the blood of all men
3. Leaders and leadership of the Church have a pivotal role in the pursuit of the mandate of the Church. If they fail, the consequences can be grave
