Theme: The Acts of The Apostles
Dear All,
Last week, the Bereans showed us a simple habit that can help one not miss out on the truth of the gospel as well as save one from falling into error – daily habit of studying the written word of God – the Bible.
This week, we follow Apostle Paul to Corinth under the topic: Speak for I am with you
Our key learning from this study should include that:
- What may appear as difficulties and challenges in ministry are in themselves ministry opportunities for the gospel.
- Ministering in a big decadent can be daunting. But God has many in every such city. And we must rely on His empowering to evangelize and disciple in a multi-cultural/ethnic/religious city, like Lagos. John 15:5; Matthew 28:20
- Busy professionals and businesspeople can have significant influence and role in advancing the gospel. All it may require is availability and adjustment of priorities
‘Go therefore and make disciples of all nations … and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.’ Matthew 28:19, 20
